The circulation desk
Is the place at any library where you can check out and return books, pick up your holds, ask for assistance and more. They are usually located near the main entrance of each library, and are sometimes called the "Information Desk".
Head to the circulation desk, and interview the library staff:
Ask library staff "how do you help students"
Ask library staff "how can they find books"
Ask library staff "what services are available"
