Ezproxy Link Generator: Home

Use this EZProxy Link Generator form to convert any of your bookmarks for journals or databases into EZProxy-style bookmarks. 

To convert a bookmark, type (or copy and paste) a URL into the form field and then click on create ezproxy Link button. New EZProxy URL will be displayed in the below column. You may copy and paste it in the browser for accessing or bookmarking, or click on the "Go to linked page" button to access it directly.

Create a proxy redirection bookmarklet in your favorite browser:

Chrome

1. In Settings, make sure that "Show Bookmark Bar" is activated.
   
2. On the bookmark bar, right mouse click where you want the bookmarklet to be.
   
3. Chose "Add Page" from the popup menu.
4. For the bookmark, name it whatever you want. For the URL, paste this code:
   javascript: (() => {document.location = "https://khalifa.idm.oclc.org/login?url=" + document.location ; })();

5. Click Save.

Microsoft Edge

1. In Settings, under "Appearance", "Customize Toolbar", make sure that "Show Favorites Bar" is set to "Always".
   
2. On the favorites bar, right mouse where you want the bookmarklet to appear
3. Choose Add this page to favorites.
   
4. Click the "More" button on the popup interface.
   
5. On the "Edit favorite" window, name the bookmarklet whatever you want. 
6. Select the folder that you want the bookmarklet to appear in.
7. For the URL, paste this code:

8. Click Save
