Exploring Prezi: Creating your Prezi

This guide is to help users learn how to create presentations using Prezi.

Getting started

Start using Prezi:

Go to, if you have already have an account login but if you don't have an account create one or login with your Google account.

To start using Prezi go to the website and login to your account that you created. Click on new presentation.

Check the categories available and choose the template that most suits your project. Click on the template then click on use this template. 


Getting familiar

When the template you chose opens, start making the changes and adding your information. You can start by giving a name to your new Prezi presentation. Note that any changes you make will be saved automatically.

Start adding your information and making the changes you want. Select frame and from the top menu select insert and then choose add text, chart, image, video....etc. you can also change the color of your frame.


You can add text or photos to your frame covers

You can personalize the background of your presentation by adding the photo of your library as background or theme.

You can change the order of your frames by simply click+hold and drag to the required place or order.
