Reserve a Room

Group Study Rooms

The Khalifa University Libraries provide group study rooms for student and faculty to use. To reserve a room, click on one of the links below:

Room Use Conditions:

• Users may reserve one room for two hours per day.
• Food is not allowed in the rooms. 
• It is not permitted to move the furniture in or out of the room. 
• The door has to be closed and the volume controlled to a manageable level.
• Rooms must be left tidy and organized.
   

Even if a room is not currently reserved, it is strongly advised that you reserve it before using it.
